WINEMAKING NOTES:
This very sweet-style Gewurztraminer
from the Alisos Vineyard in Santa Barbara County was picked
late in the season and fermented in stainless steel at
a cool 50 degrees Fahrenheit. The fermentation was stopped
to retain the very sweet over 9% residual sugar.

TASTING NOTES:
Look for yellow-golden color in the glass with aromas of
juicy fruit, lychee nut and spice background and flavors of ginger and
