Certified Biodynamic®WINEMAKING NOTES:
From certified Organically and Biodynamically® grown grapes from selected blocks (clones 76 and 96) off our cool climate estate vineyard west of the Santa Rita Hills. Sorted before whole-cluster pressing into Allier & Vosge French oak barrels, barrel-fermented, then placed through 100% malo-lactic fermentation while resting on the lees for 10 months. Bottled unfiltered.

TASTING NOTES:
This medium-bodied barrel-fermented Chardonnay displays lush baked spiced apple aromas followed by hazelnut and mineral elements, giving way to buttery, toasty spice background.
