From certified Organically and Biodynamically® grown grapes from our cool climate estate vineyard west of the Santa Rita Hills. Sorted before whole-cluster pressing into Allier & Vosge French oak barrels, barrel-fermented, then placed through 100% malo-lactic fermentation while resting on the lees for 10 months. Bottled unfiltered.

This medium-bodied barrel-fermented Chardonnay displays spiced apple and butterscotch aromas followed by hazelnut and mineral elements, giving way to flavors of pineapple/apple and toasty oak character.
