WINEMAKING NOTES:

From certified Organically and Biodynamically grown grapes from our cool climate estate vineyard west of the Santa Rita Hills.  This limited selection, small lot Pinot Gris was barrel-aged in neutral French oak barrels to allow the full expression of the fruit character.

This medium-bodied, straw-colored wine with green hues displays apple/fig, peach pit aromas followed by pear, melon fruit flavors and mineral elements.
