WINEMAKING NOTES:

This Pinot Noir is from our certified Organic and Biodynamic^® cool climate estate vineyard west of the Santa Rita Hills.  The clones selected for this wine are 115, 667, and 777, which we feel are superior in their character.  Aged for 13 months in small Allier and Vosge French oak barrels and bottled.

TASTING NOTES:

Medium color with a purple rim and aromas of cherry, mint and cola , leather and spice with toasty oak.  Cherry fruit & spice flavors with moderate/soft tannins and toasty oak finish.
