This Pinot Gris from our cool climate estate vineyard is aged in neutral French oak barrels. This medium-bodied, straw-colored wine with green hues displays apple/fig, peach pit aromas followed by mineral elements. A great paring with mild cheeses.

From certified Organically and Biodynamically® grown grapes from our cool climate estate vineyard west of the Santa Rita Hills. Sorted before whole-cluster pressing into Allier & Vosge French oak barrels, barrel-fermented, then placed through 100% malolactic fermentation while resting on the lees for 10 months. Bottled unfiltered. This medium-bodied barrel-fermented Chardonnay displays spiced apple and butterscotch aromas followed by hazelnut and mineral elements, giving way to flavors of pineapple/apple and toasty oak character.

Hand-picked certified Organically and Biodynamically® grown grapes from our estate vineyard in the Purisima Hills, fermented at a cool 50ºf in stainless steel tanks to retain its fruit-oriented freshness. Bursting with strawberry and berry aromas, nice high acidity with crisp berry fruit highlights this dry rosé.

Camphora Vineyard, Monterey County
This older Pinot Gris is barrel fermented and aged for 9 months in neutral French oak barrels. The fruit is sourced from the old Ashley’s vineyard in the Santa Rita Hills appellation (3/4 mile from the Presidio Vineyard). This light/medium-bodied, straw-colored wine displays aromas of baked apple and fig, followed by baked pear flavors and an oak background. A great paring with mild cheeses at a great value.

Hallauer Vineyard, Santa Ynez Valley
From our cool climate estate vineyard west of the Santa Rita Hills and Hallauer Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley. It was fermented in small fermenters, punched down 3-times daily then pressed to French oak barrels where it rested for 12 months softening and depth of character and bottled unfiltered. Offers aromas of spicy plum and cracked pepper and sausage aromatics. Spicy fruit flavors and supple tannins round out this rich wine.

Amador County
This Port is made from 75% Touriga Nacional and 25% Tinta Cao varieties from the 2006 harvest. Picked late in the season to develop the concentrated flavors and aromas characterizing this style of wine. Red rim, concentrated plum/blackberry fruit and spice aromas, jammy berry compote fruit followed by a silky smooth oak finish.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are based on weight and destination and include approved shipping containers. To estimate shipping charges, calculate the number of bottles purchased by $3.25 in California and by $4.00 outside of California. This is only for estimation purposes. Actual shipping charges will vary. Orders are generally shipped the next business day via ground service in approved containers. Express shipping can be arranged at a substantial extra cost.

RETURN POLICY
Presidio Vineyard & Winery will accept wines for return if they are unopened and returned in good condition in the container in which they were shipped. Wines delivered in damaged condition or made undrinkable due to bad packaging may be returned for replacement by contacting the Winery toll free at (888) 930-9463. Presidio Winery will not pay for return shipping of wines unless damaged.
