"Unfiltered"APPELLATION: Hallauer Vineyard, Santa Barbara County
WINEMAKING NOTES:
This Syrah is from our cool climate estate vineyard west of the Santa Rita Hills and Hallauer Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley. It was fermented in small fermenters, punched down 3-times daily then pressed to French oak barrels where it rested for 12 months softening and depth of character and bottled unfiltered.

This dark Syrah offers aromas of spicy plum and cracked pepper and sausage aromatics. Spicy fruit flavors and supple tannins round out this rich wine.
