WINEMAKING NOTES:
This Syrah is from the Hallauer Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley, which is farmed organically. It was fermented in small fermenters, punched down 3-times daily then pressed to French oak barrels where it rested for 16 months softening and depth of character and bottled unfiltered.

TASTING NOTES:
This dark Syrah offers aromas of plum compote and subtle black pepper aromatics. Spicy, jammy fruit flavors and big tannins round out this rich wine.
