WINEMAKING NOTES:

This Syrah is from certified Organically and Biodynamically® grown grapes from our cool climate estate vineyard west of the Santa Rita Hills.  Fermented in small fermenters, punched down 3-times daily then pressed to French oak barrels where it rested for 14 months softening and depth of character.  Bottled unfiltered.
