From certified Organically and Biodynamically® grown grapes from our cool climate estate vineyard west of the Santa Rita Hills.  Sorted before whole-cluster pressing into Allier & Vosge French oak barrels, barrel-fermented, then placed through 100% malolactic fermentation while resting on the lees for 10 months. Bottled unfiltered.  This medium-bodied barrel-fermented Chardonnay displays spiced apple and butterscotch aromas followed by hazelnut and mineral elements, giving way to flavors of pineapple/apple and toasty oak character.

Alisos Vineyard, Santa Barbara County
This very sweet style Gewurztraminer from the Alisos Vineyard in Los Alamos was picked late in season and fermented in stainless steel at a cool 50 degrees Farenheit. The fermentation was stopped to retain its residual sugar.  Look for a yellow/golden color in the glass with aromas of juicy fruit, lychee nut and spice background and flavors of ginger, apricot and peach.

From the Hallauer Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley.  It was fermented in small fermenters, punched down 3-times daily then pressed to French oak barrels where it rested for 16 months softening and depth of character and bottled unfiltered.  Offers aromas of spicy plum and cracked pepper and sausage aromatics.  Spicy fruit flavors and supple tannins round out this rich wine.
